Welcome to Trinet IQ. By accessing our website (https://www.trinetiq.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Trinet IQ provides digital marketing, social media management, creative production, web engineering, and automation solutions. Detailed scopes of work, deliverables, and turnaround times are established in mutual written agreements or Statement of Work (SOW) documents prior to project kickoff.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written project agreement:

  • Client Materials: Clients retain full ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, logos, brand content, and customer data.
  • Delivered Works: Upon full clearance of applicable invoices, all rights and copyright in approved custom designs, website code, and creative assets transfer to the client.
  • Agency Tools: General internal code frameworks, design components, and standard templates remain the intellectual property of Trinet IQ.

3. Ad Spend & Third-Party Platforms

Any advertising fees incurred on platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, YouTube, or WhatsApp Business Cloud API are paid directly by the client to those respective platforms. Trinet IQ is not responsible for platform algorithmic fluctuations, ad account policy restrictions, or third-party platform downtimes.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Monthly retainer services are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle and are due upon presentation. Fixed-scope projects (such as custom websites) typically follow a staged milestone payment structure (e.g., 50% deposit upon kickoff, 50% upon final launch approval).

5. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from client engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
